Open every Saturday night from 5pm the new and exciting City View Bistro offers diners commanding views of the Melbourne city skyline at night, (thanks to its elevation and aspect), as well as delicious dishes, crafted by our in house head chef. It’s the perfect place to dine and watch all the thrills that come with Greyhound Racing. It’s also the perfect location to make a special occasion that little more fun and memorable.

Offering classically inspired bistro dishes, there’s something to please any age, hunger and tastebud at the City View Bistro.
- Seafood lovers have the opportunity to be enjoy traditional beer battered fish with crispy chips. While those who prefer flavours from the land can tuck into a perfectly prepared hand crumbed chicken snitzel or a simple and tasty bacon and cheese deluxe burger.

How you can join us for dinner in the bistro
The Meadows City View Bistro is only open for dinner on Saturday Race Nights. You’re welcome to join us from 5pm onwards. All we ask is that you make a booking. The bistro can be very popular, especially on signature Meadows and Group 1 Race nights. At times we will limit numbers in the City View Bistro to ensure the quality of service supplied to diners remains first class. It’s why bookings are essential and necessary should you wish to dine with us in the City View Bistro.
