Fast Times scratched from G1 Maturity Classic

Group 1 star Fast Times has been scratched from the $145,000 Maturity Classic after sustaining a pin muscle injury.

The son of Barcia Bale and Clockwise was one of two runners for Queensland trainer Tony Brett, but will now make way for reserve Paradiso Lass, who will start from box eight.

It means training duo Angela Langton and Jeff Britton will have two runners in the Group 1 final, also putting the polish on race favourite Mepunga Blazer.
